For hundreds of years, German sausage artisans preserved their meat by infusing it with hardwood smoke and then hanging it in links to dry. This sausage (imported from Boerne!) is cold smoked and air dried like they’ve done it for decades in the Hill Country. The flavor of the live oak smoke will remind you of campfires and fall – absolutely delicious!

Our dry sausages are available in two flavors: regular and spicy.
